about

Split 12" Vinyl Featuring The Dazies and Courters

Dan Palimeri - Guitar and Vocals
Bill O'Brien - Bass and Vocals
Ethan Cannon - Drums and Vocals
James Penman - Organ

As they released a few EPs over the years Courters continued to write, record and gig, relentlessly while balancing the day jobs that pay the bills and napping whenever possible. The culmination of this comes as a hand carved totem to Courters with it's first Release with Keyboardist and Guitarist James Penman, who has been playing with the band since 2015. Seen a Ghost, is a split LP on 12" vinyl the fellow Boston rockers, The Dazies. The Courters side starts with 3 tracks recorded by Dave Minehan* at Converse Rubber Tracks, Boston and is topped off with two tracks recorded mostly in the middle of the woods of a Western, MA Hill town.

Like most of their peers in Boston and around the country - Courters work by day to pay the bills just to rock by night, You nap whenever you can. You do it because you love doing it and you NEED to do it. You do it because you love the people you're doing it with. This is how bands survive these days. Their dingy practice space is small but they still like each other. They might be tired but you'd never know it if you see them near their guitars.
